What to expect:

• Once your flight is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation email and boarding pass with directions and information related to your flight
• A call from your pilot prior to the flight after checking weather conditions
• Flight may be rescheduled if weather conditions are unfavorable
• A gentle sensation of floating relaxes the potential fear of heights
• Flights range from the surface to 3,000 feet or more.
• The temperature aloft should be similar to that on the ground
• Your pilot and crew will take pictures of your flight
• An experience everyone should have at least once in their lives!

What to wear and bring:

• Dress for the weather, as if you are hiking in a pasture (chances are we may end up landing in one!)
• Jeans with sneakers or boots are recommended
• In cold weather, wear multiple layers of clothing or a windbreaker
• Hats or ball caps are welcome
• Avoid wearing long jewelry, skirts or fine clothing
• Sandals and open-toed shoes are not allowed
• Small cameras are welcome

Cancellation policy: Please allow as much advanced notice as possible if you need to cancel your flight. Flights cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or failure to show up may be charged full price at the discretion of the pilot.
