Chuck Rohr is a licensed minister and pilot, and can perform the ceremony before or after take-off in the Central Florida area. Brian Rohr operates the North Texas balloon port and creates romantic and memorable wedding experiences performed by Chaplain Rickey Hargrave. Chaplain Rickey Hargrave has compassionately performed many North Texas ceremonies for Rohr Balloons. You are also welcome to choose your own wedding officiant.
